“Non c'è niente di ordinario riguardo alla realtà" ( Joyce Carol Oates).

“Normal Anomalies" è un'esplorazione visiva della realtà. Questo progetto fotografico nasce dall’idea che ciò che ci si presenta come comune, ad un’analisi attenta, nasconde una serie di spunti visivi e concettuali che possono sfuggire all'osservatore distratto.

Attraverso la lente fotografica, mi propongo di catturare quegli istanti trascurati che costellano il nostro quotidiano. Sono “normali anomalie”, istanti in cui la banalità si svela per ciò che è veramente: un'opportunità per scoprire la bellezza, la poesia e la sorpresa nascoste dietro la facciata del quotidiano.

"Normal Anomalies" invita lo spettatore a rallentare e guardare al di là delle apparenze, a scrutare con occhi nuovi il mondo che ci circonda e a scoprire la straordinaria complessità e diversità che si nasconde anche nelle cose più comuni.

Le immagini di “Normal anomalies” si propongono il compito di rivelare ciò che già si mostra, con un occhio desideroso di scoprirne le meraviglie nascoste.

"Normal Anomalies" is a visual exploration of reality. This photographic project stems from the idea that what appears to be ordinary, upon careful analysis, hides a series of visual and conceptual ideas that may elude the distracted observer.

Through a camera lens, my goal is to capture the overlooked instants that punctuate our daily lives. These are“normal anomalies”: those moments when banality reveals itself in its true meaning: an opportunity to discover beauty, poetry, and the surprise hidden behind the facade of the everyday routine.

"Normal Anomalies" invites the viewer to slow down and look beyond appearances, to scrutinize the world around us with fresh eyes and to uncover the extraordinary complexity and diversity that also lurks within the most common things.
